Event Details:

• Who can participate: School and college students under 25 years from Gujarat
• Entry Fee: ₹500
• Prizes: All 600 winners will receive prizes worth Rs 5 lakh, as well as free chess coaching.
• Venue: Vigyan Bhavan Hall, Science City, Sola, Ahmedabad

Categories and Schedule

1. Below 11 Years:

   • Eligibility: Born on or after 01-01-2014
   • Competition Date: Sunday, 01-12-2024

2. 12 to 17 Years:

   • Eligibility: Born between 01-01-2008 and 31-12-2013
   • Competition Date: Saturday, 30-11-2024

3. 18 to 25 Years:

   • Eligibility: Born between 01-01-2000 and 31-12-2007
   • Competition Date: Monday, 02-12-2024

Event Schedule:

• Reporting Time: 8:00 AM
• Competition Start Time: 9:00 AM
• Rounds: 7 rounds, each with 20+5 time control
• Prize Distribution: 6:00 PM daily

Important Information:

1. Registration Deadline: 21-11-2024
2. Player List Availability: Will be published on chess-results.com after 22-11-2024
3. Documents Required for Winners: Birth certificate and bank details during prize distribution
4. Participation Rules:
   • Participants must play in their respective category based on date of birth.
   • Contestants will be added in blocks based on their Aadhar card address.
   • Every participant will receive an e-certificate and free lunch.
   • All rounds will be played even if a contestant loses previous rounds.
