- If FASC is your event planner & due to any reason for an event cancellation you have to inform us in advance, if you failed to do so, the company can charge the relevant amount.
- If you face any kind of loss by taking any decision upon reading any article/content or blogs, FASC is not going to undertake this.
- If you face any kind of changes in material/product or services by your event planner/management, then you have to bear that as it does not come under the belt of FASC.
- The company is not giving any kind of surety to any coach of employability as we ll be the medium between trainees and coaches. They have to convert all the quiries come to them by their own.
Termination
- The company holds power to terminate any agreement by giving a 15 days prior notice, in such cases the company does not give any notice before termination.
- The company ll terminate any person or services which are detrimental for the image of the FASC group on an immediate basis.
- If you do not wish to continue with us, you have to provide a termination notice 15 days prior to the company for the smooth relieving process.
- As we mentioned above, we are just a connecting platform thus any coach who try to defame us, misuse of name, trying to manipulate or having constant bad reviews of any kind of misbehave related to any gender/caste/religion/disability or any such specific and personal things, we hold the power to terminate him/her without any notice.
Dispute Resolution
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and agree not to misuse our services or engage in any activity that could harm the Company or other users.
- Dispute resolution process: If any such situation happened when we closely needed a legal assistant, at that point of time laws of IT companies made/followed in India would be considered at the court of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
- Governing law:Ahmedabad, Gujarat juridiction ll be the final place to resolve any legal terms. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Information Technology Act, 2000 ("IT Act") which came into force on October 17.
COACH OBLIGATIONS:
- You agree to follow all the norms governed by the company.
- You are accounatble for telling/filling us exact and complete details of yours while using our services.
- The company ll be the bridge between the coaches and trainees, avail an online platform to connect.
- We do a listing of coaches by verifying their profile and expertise only.its trainees’s role to hire a suitable coach we do not promote or recommend any professional to anyone.
- If needed certification of coaches shall be provided.
- The Company acts as a platform to connect you with coaches and nutritionists.
- All interactions and agreements between you and the coach or nutritionist are solely between you and the coach or nutritionist only, Our company is not liable for any misconduct or mischievous happen between coach and a trainee.
- The Company provides sports event updates and blogs for informational purposes only.
- The Company is not responsible for any decisions made based on the information provided.
- You are bound not to misuse our services in any such circumstances or any unethical intent.
- In such cases showcase all your coaching details/Certificates to the candidate/trainees/athlete and to the third party to prove your authenticity along with us.
- You have to make sure to keep your details up to date in your profile, the company is not responsible for that.
PRODUCTS OBLIGATION
- All the display pictures shown on our website are nearly similar to the actual product, we assume that you'll understand that 100% original display of product is not possible through image.
- Delivery time of any product can vary, subject to the availablity of the product.
- We hold the authority to change the price according to the fluctuation of market price and for the updated price we insist you to keep on checking our site.
- All Product details provided are mentioned from the authentic source only.
- Our company will take responsibility if the product is damaged before its dispatched.
