Return and Exchange Policy :
1. What is the time frame to return or exchange an item?
You can return your products within 7 days of delivery and exchange it within 3 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn with its original packaging and tags.
2. How do I initiate a return?

After your return request is approved your product will be picked up from our side. Make sure you pack the product securely for safe transport.
3. How long will it take to pick up a returned / exchanged product?
Products requested for returns will be picked up within 3 days, and requests for exchanges will be handled in 7 days.
4. Is it possible to cancel an order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. But, Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled. To cancel, log into your account and go to your order history or contact our customer service directly.
5. How do I track my return status?
An email including tracking details will be sent to you after your return is processed. You can also log into your account to check the status of your return.
6. What if the product I want to exchange is not in stock?
If the desired product is out of stock, it will be restocked within 7 days and, if not, you can apply for a refund or contact our customer service for the same.
7. Can I exchange a product for a different size or color?
Yes, exchanges for different sizes and colors are allowed within 7 business days of purchase.
8. What if I received a damaged product?

We will cover the cost of shipping for any exchanges. This means you won't have to pay for the return shipping or the cost to send the new item.
Refund Policy:
1. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued within 3 to 7 business days after processing your return. The amount will be credited to your original payment method depending on your bank's processing time. In case of COD you will be provided with credits scores on our website. We will send you a confirmation email once the refund payment is being issued.

To request a refund, reach out to customer service with your order number. For prepaid orders your money will be refunded to your original payment account and in case of COD you will be provided with 2 options to get your money back in your account in 24 hours by filling your necessary UPI details or get a credit score on our website. Your refund will be processed as soon as the returned item is received and inspected.
3. What if I don’t receive my refund?
In case the refund hasn't arrived, please get in contact with our customer support. We will assist in resolving any issues, including contacting your bank if necessary.
4. What happens if my refund is declined?
If your refund is declined, we will notify you immediately and work to resolve any issues. This may include confirming your payment method details or addressing any return policy violations.
5. Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item. In such cases, shipping costs will be reimbursed.

Delivery Policy:
1. What is the shipping cost?
A shipping fee of INR 60 will be charged. Free delivery in Ahmedabad on orders of any amount.
2. How can I check my delivery status ?
After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with courier details. You can track your shipment using the links provided in these messages by entering your AWB number.
3. How long does it take to deliver the product?
Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days to arrive. Depending on your location and the shipping option you select, timings for delivery can vary.
4. Can I get my product delivered in 1 day?
Yes, we offer an Express Delivery service for Gujarat, ensuring next business day delivery. Orders should be placed before 6 PM to qualify. There is no extra cost for Express Delivery and our standard delivery policies are applicable to all.
5. What should I do if my order is delayed?
In case your order has not been shipped within the expected time, please reach out to the Customer helpline number for further assistance.
6. What if there is no one at home when the order arrives?
If no one is available at home, we will reach out to you to deliver your product the next day. If you are not available the next day also then we will cancel the order from our end and you will be provided with a credit score for that amount on our website.
8. What if the package is opened or appears damaged upon delivery?
Do not accept the package if it seems tampered/damaged or open, while receiving it we insist you to check the parcel properly. We recommend you to take a picture of that parcel and send it to our consumer help-line team that helps us to solve the problem. Full refund will be provided for that.
9. What are your delivery options?
We offer Standard Delivery (3-7 business days), Express Delivery (1-2 business days), and Next-Day Delivery (by the next business day if ordered before 6 PM) delivery options at checkout.
10. Can I change my delivery address?
You can change your delivery address before the order is shipped by updating your order details or by contacting customer service. Once the product is shipped, it is not possible to change your address.
